Working in the family business since 1979, Terese became a principal in the Robert Van Schaik Agency Inc. in 1985.  After relocating to Dorchester County, she purchased an established agency in 1999 and became President of Schauber-Van Schaik & Associates, Inc.

Rob is our Sales/Marketing Representative. He makes frequent visits to our insureds' or prospective clients' homes.

As the Office Manager, Olin oversees personal lines, office procedures, applications and customer service.

Ed specializes in crop and farm coverages. He works directly with the farmers in our area and meets with them, often at their farms, to discuss coverages and to answer questions and clarify what "crop" coverage can offer them.

Mary works out of her home as an Underwriter for our Personal Lines of business. She evaluates each policy, updating information and offering coverages that the Insured may now need.

Mickie is our Claims Specialist and Customer Service Representative. She has been an agent with Erie for over 14 years and is a native to Dorchester County. Mickie knows many of our policy holders personally.

Sharie is our Life Sales Representative. She works directly with prospective clients or current insureds to design long term life plans that specifically meet their individual needs.

Regina is our Marketing/Sales Representative for the Salisbury area. She also works out of her home and will be personally introducing our agency services to the area.
